Section 141.9 - School to employment programs in connection with vocational rehabilitation

School to employment programs may, with the approval of the Commissioner of Education, be conducted by the board of education of any school district for students who are receiving vocational rehabilitation services pursuant to the provisions of article XXI of the Education Law. Such programs shall conform to the provisions of section 141.8 of this Part except the Commissioner of Education may, when required to do so in order to meet the vocational rehabilitation objectives of the program, approve any program which does not wholly meet such regulations.
