Section 140.1 - Filing of annual program necessary

On or before September 1st of each year each county vocational education and extension board shall file with the Commissioner of Education for his approval an annual program of educational services to be rendered, including:

(a) copies of all courses of study to be offered in each school or class;

(b) names of supervisors, teachers and all other persons to be employed for the maintenance of educational services within the county, including the nature and scope of services to be rendered, centers of instruction, teaching schedules and general plans for administering and conducting the services;

(c) a copy of the budget for the school year, indicating the sources of income, estimates of itemized expenditures and salaries to be paid to each person named in subdivision (b) of this section;

(d) a statement indicating the nature and scope of the supervision to be provided for the educational services to be rendered, including the activities of superintendents of schools and special supervisors; and

(e) copies of contracts or agreements between the county vocational education and extension board and local school districts, indicating specific plans and methods of operating shared educational services among such districts.
