Section 137.2 - Storage

(a) Unissued stocks of hypodermic syringes and needles shall be kept in double locked cabinets or rooms, under protection of suitable locks and keys. Cabinets shall be stationary.

(b) Other hypodermic syringes and needles not in use shall be kept under suitable, locked protection.

(c) In no instance shall spring or combination dial locks be employed.
