Section 113.9 - Contents of statement of appeal

The statement of appeal shall contain a clear and concise narrative statement of the appellant's claim, including a statement of the relief to which the appellant deems himself entitled. The appellant may attach to his statement of appeal such supporting affidavits, memoranda or other papers as he considers pertinent to his appeal.
