Section 113.6 - Amicus curiae

Upon written application the appeal board may by filing an order permit interested organizations or other persons to file affidavits, memoranda or other papers amicus curiae in connection with an appeal. Those so permitted shall not be considered parties to the appeal for any purpose including participation in oral argument.
