Section 113.25 - Appeal to commissioner of education

Any party aggrieved by the final determination of the city board may, within 15 days of issuance of the city board's final order, file an appeal with the Commissioner of Education of the State of New York pursuant to section 2590-g(10)(c) of the Education Law. The procedure on such appeals shall be governed by the provisions of Parts 275 and 276 of this Title, including the payment of the required filing fee.
