Section 113.2 - Appeal from chancellor's order by community board or any suspended or removed member

Any community board ordered by the chancellor pursuant to section 2590-l of the Education Law to cease conduct or take action, any community board superseded pursuant to section 2590-l by the chancellor or trustee appointed by him or any community board or community board member suspended or removed by the chancellor pursuant to section 2590-l may file an appeal with the city board.
