Section 113.19 - Consideration and determination of appeal

Before the end of the next business day following the day of filing of an appeal, the chairman or president of the city board may by filing an order designate a panel of three city board members to consider and determine the appeal. If no such panel is designated, the city board shall consider and determine the appeal.
