Subpart 80-5 - REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO CLASSROOM TEACHING AND EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP PRACTICE AND SPECIALIZED CREDENTIALS
Section 80-5.7 - Certificate valid for teaching in nonregistered evening schools

(a) Preparation.

The candidate shall have completed an approved program of general education and/or professional education.

(b) Experience.

The candidate shall have completed five years of approved experience related to the subject for which the certificate is to be issued.

(c) Time validity.

The certificate shall be valid for three years from its effective date.

(d) Extension of time validity.

The time validity of the certificate may be extended by the commissioner for three-year periods on evidence that the holder thereof has completed two years of satisfactory teaching during the preceding three-year period.
