Section 80-1.10 - Out-of-state credentials

In instances in which a degree is required for certification, the commissioner shall accept a credential earned outside New York State in lieu of the degree, provided that the commissioner has determined that such credential earned outside New York State represents completion of equivalent study to that required for the degree.
