Section 61.8 - License as a dental hygienist by endorsement

For endorsement of a license as a dental hygienist issued by another jurisdiction of the United States, the applicant shall submit satisfactory evidence of:

(a) having met all requirements of section 59.6 of this Subchapter; and

(b) lawful and reputable practice as a dental hygienist of not less than eight months during the two years next preceding the filing of the application.
