Section 56.3 - Filing of test information and materials

(a) On or before January 15, 1980, and the 15th day of each subsequent testing year used by the sponsor, the sponsor shall file with the Commissioner of Education:

(1) a list of the names of such sponsor's standardized tests and/or tests, as such terms are defined in section 340(1) of the Education Law;

(2) the beginning and ending dates of the test year used by the sponsor;

(3) a calendar of the regularly scheduled administration dates and anticipated score release dates for such administrations during the test year;

(4) a copy of each general publication prepared for routine distribution to test subjects; and

(5) a list of the specific duties required for compliance with the provisions of article 7-A of the Education Law which the sponsor wishes to delegate to another agent. The names and addresses of such agent or agents shall be specified.

(b) Background reports and statistical data, required to be filed with the Commissioner of Education pursuant to section 341(1) of the Education Law, shall be filed within 30 days after preparation.
