Section 51.1 - Matriculation reports and qualifying certificates

Every professional school or college in the State shall submit such reports concerning the qualifications of matriculants as may be prescribed by the commissioner in accordance with the requirements established by statute or by these regulations. Where a qualifying certificate is required, application for such certificate shall be made on the forms and in the manner prescribed by the commissioner.
