Section 13.7 - Approval of use of name or title

The right to use, advertise or transact business under the name or title "university," "college," "school of law," "school of medicine," "school of dentistry," "school of pharmacy," "school of veterinary medicine," "school of nursing," "school of optometry," "school of podiatry," "school of chiropody," "school of architecture," "school of engineering," "school of opthamalic dispensing," "school of physiotherapy," "junior college," "community college," shall be granted only to such individuals, copartnerships, associations or corporations as satisfactorily meet the requirements prescribed by the department for the registration of a university, college, school of law, school of medicine, school of dentistry, school of pharmacy, school of veterinary medicine, school of nursing, school of optometry, school of podiatry, school of chiropody, school of architecture, school of engineering, school of ophthalmic dispensing, school of physiotherapy, junior college, or community college, respectively.
