Section 10.2 - Certification of copies

The commissioner, the State librarian and Assistant Commissioner for Libraries, or the head of the manuscripts and history section of the State Library, may, pursuant to section 382 of the Civil Practice Act, certify copies of or transcripts from books, manuscripts or other records in the State Library. For the purpose of such certification, the seal of the department may be used.
