Section 252.3 - Procedure

(a) Upon receipt of a misbehavior report from the review officer, the violation officer shall:

(1) give a copy of the misbehavior report to the inmate at the violation hearing;

(2) allow the inmate to be present at the violation hearing, unless he refuses to attend; and

(3) allow the inmate to present documentary evidence, to submit a written statement on his behalf, and to reply to the charge. The inmate shall not have the right to call witnesses on his behalf.

(b) The violation officer may allow any evidence necessary to aid in his decision.
