The ground water classifications and standards adopted by the Water Resources Commission on March 9, 1967 and duly filed as Part 703 of Title 6 NYCRR entitled "Ground Water Classifications and Standards" with the Secretary of State on March 20, 1967 are assigned to the ground waters of Newtown Creek drainage basin in the Counties of Chemung and Schuyler.
