Section 865.2 - Designated waters

The Hackensack River-Saddle River and Greenwood Lake-Sterling Lake drainage basin shall be deemed to include the following areas: All land and water areas, the natural surface drainage from which is directly or indirectly tributary to the Hackensack River-Saddle River and Greenwood Lake-Sterling Lake.
