Section 864.2 - Designated waters

The designated waters are located within the lower Hudson River drainage basin from mouth to northern Westchester-Rockland county lines, except the Saw Mill River drainage basin and the Sparkill Creek drainage basin, and within New York State, as outlined on map 1, section 864.7, infra, and as contained within the topographical limit line shown on the reproduced topographical reference maps in section 864.9, infra.
