Section 673.9 - Notification of auxiliary spillway flow

The owner of a dam that has been assigned a hazard classification of class B or C shall notify the department in writing, in a format acceptable to the department, within five calendar days of any flow in an erodible auxiliary spillway. The department may require additional information to be submitted in order to protect public safety, property or natural resources.
