Regulations implementing the permit requirements for dams are set forth, without limitation, in Part 608 of this Title "Use and Protection of Waters." Nothing in this Part, or any order, notice or recommendation issued pursuant to this Part, shall be construed to relieve any dam owner of any obligation to obtain permits pursuant to Part 608 of this Title or of any other requirement of law, including but not limited to those of the Freshwater Wetlands Act, the Fish and Wildlife Law, the Federal Power Act, and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, unless otherwise specified therein.
