(a) The owner of any dam shall keep available and in good order all available records of:
(1) original construction; and
(2) modifications to a dam's design and
construction.
(b) A dam owner shall keep available and in good order all records required to be prepared by this Part.
(c) The department may require any dam owner to furnish, upon reasonable notice and at the owner's sole expense, copies of any records required to be maintained by this Part.
