(a) The agency reservoir releases manager shall be responsible for monitoring the total available amount of water stored in the Cannonsville, Pepacton and Neversink reservoirs and for notifying the department reservoir releases manager at least 24 hours prior to an anticipated change from one reservoir storage condition to another.
