This Subpart shall apply to releases of water from Ashokan reservoir to Esopus Creek, Kensico reservoir to the Bronx River, Rondout reservoir to Rondout Creek, and Schoharie reservoir to Schoharie Creek. Except as otherwise specifically stated herein, this Subpart shall be construed in a manner consistent with Subpart 672-1 of this Part.
