The department shall evaluate wastewater treatment plants based on type and complexity of the wastewater treatment plant. The evaluation of the wastewater treatment plant shall be made in accordance with the following point system. The point total for a given plant is used in conjunction with section 650.6 of this Part to determine the minimum operator qualifications for that plant.
