Section 638.14 - Confidentiality

Any information pertaining to manufacture, production or secret processes submitted in connection with applications, reports, plans and specifications or testing and designated by the person submitting such information as secret or proprietary must be kept confidential as provided by Part 616 of this Title dealing with trade secret confidentiality. All requests for confidential treatment of information submitted to the department will be handled in accordance with the procedures set forth in Part 616 of this Title.
