Section 575.10 - Penalties and enforcement

Any person who violates this Part or any license or permit or order issued by the department, or Department of Agriculture and Markets, pursuant to section 9-1709 of the Environmental Conservation Law or pursuant to the provisions of this Part shall be liable for all penalties and other remedies provided for in the Environmental Conservation Law including section 71-0703(9). With respect to Eurasian boars, any person who violates this Part shall also be liable for all penalties provided for in the Environmental Conservation Law, including section 71-0925. Such penalties and remedies may be in addition to any other penalty or remedy available under any other law, including but not limited to, permit revocation.
