Section 198.2 - Purpose

The purpose of this Part is to establish the procedures for the administration, sale, promotion and distribution of pins and patches to support non-motorized outdoor recreation and trail maintenance. The purchase of such pins and/or patches is voluntary and need not to be possessed in order to participate in outdoor recreational activities on department managed lands.
