Section 193.2 - Protected trees

The following trees, by reason of their rarity, uniqueness, scarcity or endangered status, shall be protected pursuant to section 9-1503 of the Environmental Conservation Law: Balmville Tree (eastern cottonwood x carolina popular) located at the intersection of River Road, Balmville Road and Grand Avenue in the unincorporated community of Balmville, Town of Newburgh, Orange County.
