Part 96 - Fishing In The Hempstead Lake Cooperator Area
Section 96.4 - Regulations

Use of the area for fishing shall be subject to the following regulations:

(a) No person shall swim or bathe at any time in the area.

(b) No person shall enter or leave the area other than via established entrances or exits.

(c) No person shall park a vehicle other than in a designated parking area.

(d) No person shall build or maintain a fire other than in a fireplace located in a park picnic area.

(e) No person shall use alcoholic beverages in the area.

(f) No person shall bring a pet of any kind in the area.

(g) No person shall dispose of trash, waste or other litter other than in receptacles provided.

(h) No person shall injure, deface, disturb or befoul any part or area of buildings, signs, equipment or other property in the area.

(i) No person shall pick, remove, injure or destroy any tree, flower, fern, shrub, rock or other plant or mineral in the area.

(j) No person shall use threatening, abusive, insulting or obscene language or perform any obscene or indecent act.

(k) No person shall engage in, instigate, aid or encourage a contention or fight or assault any person, throw stones or other missiles or do any act tending to or amounting to a breach of peace.
