Section 86.5 - General provisions

(a) Fires are prohibited.

(b) No person shall remove, cut or willfully damage or destroy living vegetation of any kind, except pursuant to written permission of the regional supervisor or his agent.

(c) Other than moored vessels, all personal property shall be removed from the area at the time of leaving the area.

(d) Trespassing for any purpose whatsoever is prohibited within any area posted with "restricted area" signs, except pursuant to written permission of the regional supervisor or his agent.

(e) No person shall discard or deposit any trash, waste or litter on lands or waters except in waste receptacles when provided for such purpose.
