Section 82.6 - General provisions

The following general provisions shall apply:

(a) All persons shall comply with regulatory signs posted by the Department of Environmental Conservation on the area.

(b) All personal property shall be removed from the area when a person leaves.

(c) The department reserves the right to eject any person from the area for disorderly conduct, intoxication or any other behavior which endangers the general safety of persons on the area.

(d) All applicable provisions of the Environmental Conservation Law shall be in effect under this order.
