Section 82.5 - Prohibited acts

The following acts are prohibited:

(a) Building or maintaining a fire, except a fire for cooking by camp stove or within other suitable container and confined to a designated site on the area. No fire shall be lighted until all inflammable material surrounding it has been removed to the extent necessary to prevent its spread, and no fire shall be left unattended.

(b) Removing, cutting or willfully damaging or destroying living vegetation of any kind, except pursuant to written permission of the regional supervisor of the Department of Environmental Conservation having jurisdiction or his agent or the cooperator.

(c) Target or indiscriminate shooting.

(d) Injuring, defacing, disturbing or befouling any part of an area or any building, sign, equipment or other propety found thereon.

(e) Discarding or depositing any trash, waste or litter on lands or waters, except in waste receptacles when provided for such purpose.

(f) The use of snowmobiles, trail bikes or any other motorized vehicle without written permission of the landowner or lessee.
