Section 82.1 - Restrictions

Hunting, trapping, fishing or trespassing for any purpose whatsoever, except by cooperating landowners, lessees or members of their immediate families, or persons acting with their consent, or the written permission of the regional supervisor of the Department of Environmental Conservation having jurisdiction or his agent, is prohibited within any area posted with "restricted area" or "safety zone" signs.
