Section 71.2 - Public use

(a) Except for an authorized vehicle, or snowmobile, no person shall operate or park a motorized vehicle other than on a town road or in a designated parking area unless it is a farm vehicle engaged in legitimate farming practices.

(b) No person shall operate a snowmobile where prohibited by posted notice.

(c) No person shall use a mechanically propelled boat or canoe in the area.

(d) No person shall camp in the area for more than three days without first obtaining a permit from: State Forest Ranger, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, 182 East Union Street, Suite 3, Allegany, NY 14706- 1328.

(e) No person shall deposit garbage, refuse, waste, paper or other litter or obnoxious materials in the area.
