Section 63.4 - Prohibitions

(a) No permittee, except a cooperating landowner or agricultural lessee, their immediate families or employees, and those with seasonal trapping permits, shall park his car in other than a designated parking area, and he may park there only if the quota is not filled. A permittee shall hunt only on the same side of the road as his car is parked.

(b) Parties of not more than three small game hunters or not more than two big game hunters will be permitted per vehicle.

(c) Not more than two dogs shall be used by any single hunter or party hunting together. All dogs shall be kept under control at all times.

(d) No target or promiscuous shooting is permitted in the area. No rifles or pistols shall be used or carried afield.

(e) No person who is under the influence of intoxicants shall hunt in the area, and no person shall carry or possess intoxicants while hunting therein.
