Section 55.3 - Permits required

(a) For the purpose of this Part, outdoor recreational activities shall mean all recreational or sporting activities conducted outside, and shall include, but not be limited to: bird watching, berry picking, sightseeing, hiking, camping, picnicking, boating, hunting, fishing, and trapping. The following shall not be deemed outdoor activities for the purposes of this Part since other permits are required: snowmobiling, woodcutting, or operation of two-wheel or three-wheel motorcycles or all-terrain vehicles off roads.

(b) No person shall engage in outdoor recreational activities in the area without having first obtained a Fort Drum recreational permit to do.
