Fishing in the Wetlands - Restricted Area and State Wildlife Refuge - Posted portions of an Area is prohibited unless a valid fishing permit is obtained.

(a) Perch River. Ice fishing on Perch Lake is permitted by day use permit only. Special fishing permits are issued by the Regional Office of the Department of Environmental Conservation, 317 Washington Street, Watertown, NY 13601.

(1) Access to Perch Lake is permitted from designated fisher parking area only.

(2) Fishing is restricted to the lake proper. Entry onto adjacent upland and wetland is prohibited.
