Section 106.3 - Prohibitions

(a) Except pursuant to prior written authorization from the Department of Environmental Conservation regional supervisor of natural resources, or his/her agent, the following are prohibited:

(1) parking any vehicle beyond the limits of a posted quota for vehicles in parking areas;

(2) setting or maintaining an open fire;

(3) removing, cutting or damaging vegetation of any kind, or removing or damaging any natural feature, fossil mineral, or archeological or historical artifact;

(4) failing to comply with the instructions on any sign posted by the department; and

(5) discharging a firearm except for the purpose of lawfully taking wildlife.

(b) Part 51 of this Title also applies to the Tivoli Bays Wildlife Management Area.

(c) The department may eject any person from the area for behavior that endangers the safety of persons on the area or on adjacent waters, that interferes with the management or uses of the area's natural resources or that endangers or disturbs persons or domestic animals on adjacent lands.
