No person, when using for parking and fishing certain property designated by Department of Environmental Conservation signs, bordering on the Boquet River in the Town of Willsboro, Essex County, and owned by Willsboro Industries, shall:

(a) park in areas other than those designated for this purpose, or park after 8:00 p.m. or before 5:30 a.m.;

(b) park trailers anywhere on the property; or

(c) camp on the property.
