Section 103.13 - Motions, etc., order of proof

(a) The order of proof in hearings before the board is as follows:
(1) testimony by the witness or witnesses in
support of the charges preferred against the certificate holder;
(2) cross-examination of such
witnesses;
(3) testimony by the
certificate holder or his witnesses in defense;
(4) cross-examination of the certificate
holder and of such witnesses.
(b) Motions may be made at the option of the certificate holder or his attorney, but are not required, and are not necessary to protect any right of the certificate holder.
