Section 21.14 - Retroactive time credits

Except for the provisions of sections 21.2(i) and 21.3 of this Part granting vacation and sick leave credits for the nine months' service preceding the date on which an employee becomes subject to this Chapter, nothing herein contained shall be construed to provide for the granting of retroactive vacation, sick leave or other time credits to any per diem or hourly paid employee for service rendered prior to August 14, 1958.
