Section 79.14 - Transition Period

Current through Register Vol. 46, No. 12, March 20, 2024

Notwithstanding any other applicable federal or state law or rule, for one hundred and twenty (120) days including and following the March 5, 2020 effective date of this Part, mortgagees either originating or servicing R PL 280 -b loans shall not be in violation of this Part if they comply with the Part 79 that was in effect prior to March 5, 2020.
