Section 2.12 - Counsel

(a) The Banking Board may retain counsel to advise and assist it, or the hearing officer, in the conduct of the proceedings and the preparation of any documents. The name of such counsel shall be placed upon the record at the outset of the hearings.

(b) The appearance of any party by attorney shall be noted by filing with the Banking Board a statement signed by the party setting forth the name and address of such attorney.
