Section 19.2 - Notice of establishment of an ibf

Any banking institution that is required pursuant to regulation D of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System ( 12 CFR § 204.8 [e] ) to notify the Federal Reserve Bank of New York of its intention to establish and IBF shall simultaneously submit a copy of such notification to the Superintendent of Banks. Any other banking institution authorized by this Part to establish an IBF shall submit to the Superintendent of Banks a notice of its intention to establish an IBF in a form satisfactory to the Superintendent of Banks.
