TEMPORARY CONFINEMENT ORDER

A Temporary Confinement Order Pursuant to C PL 330.20 in Relation to

Defendant

An application having been filed with this court by the District Attorney the Commissioner of Mental Health, pursuant to the provisions of subdivision 14 of C PL 330.20, for a recommitment order commiting the above-named defendant to the custody of the Commissioner of Mental Health for confinement in a secure facility for care and treatment for six months from the date of the order,

And, the above-named defendant having been ordered to appear before this court for a hearing to determine whether he has a dangerous mental disorder,

And, the above-named defendant having failed to appear in court as directed,

And, this court having issued a warrant pursuant to the provisions of subdivision 14 of C PL 330.20 directing an appropriate peace officer to take the above-named defendant into custody and bring him before the court,

And, the aforementioned warrant having been executed and the above-named defendant now being before the court for a hearing to determine whether the said defendant has a dangerous mental disorder,

NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby

ORDERED that the above-named defendant be confined in the following institution pending further order of the court:
