Section 7200.6 - Conflict of interest

A trustee with a past or present relationship with a claimant or the attorney whose alleged conduct is the subject of the claim shall disclose such relationship to the trustees and, if the trustees deem appropriate, that trustee shall not participate in any proceeding relating to such claim.
