Requests for public access to records shall be accepted and records produced upon reasonable notice during all hours regularly open for business. These hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday, except for times when the office may be closed or visitor access may be restricted, such as due to legal holidays or public health advisories, or when confidential proceedings are being conducted.
