Section 7000.5 - Use of letter of suggestions and recommendations of former State Commission on Judicial Conduct and Temporary State Commission on Judicial Conduct

A letter of suggestions and recommendations sent to a judge by the former State Commission on Judicial Conduct or the Temporary State Commission on Judicial Conduct may be used in the same manner and for the same purposes in subsequent proceedings as a letter of dismissal and caution may be used as indicated in section 7000.4 of this Part.
