Section 6000.6 - Registration for New York Law Course (NYLC) and New York Law Examination (NYLE)

(a) NYLC.

An applicant seeking to take the NYLC must register electronically online at the board's website.

(b) NYLE.

An applicant must successfully complete all segments of the NYLC before the applicant may register for the NYLE. An applicant seeking to register for the NYLE must register electronically online at the board's website at least 30 days prior to the administration of the NYLE. The applicant must also register with and pay a registration fee to the vendor selected by the board to administer the NYLE and timely comply with all filing requirements and deadlines set by the vendor.
